At first, I called a different company to repair my gas dryer. They charged me $85 for an estimate, and then told me that the board, the thermostat, and probably a fuse needed replacing, which would cost another $350-450 beyond the initial $85.
Thank goodness I called Primo for a second opinion. He listened to my issue, had me unplug my dryer for five hours, and then I called him back. At that point the board was working again, but the dryer still not heating. He then came out within a couple of days, diagnosed that I needed a sensor replaced, and charged me a fraction of what the first company would have. And everything is working just fine now.

Our fridge was not cooling, but our freezer was filled with ice.
We called Primo, and saw Eric. He was easy to work with. He came once to see what was wrong, then ordered the parts, and came back a few days later. He was super on-time for both visits.
It cost us $84 for labor and $150 for parts. He replaced the “jazz board”, which is a hilarious name for a part. He guaranteed his work for 100 days. Our fridge is working (four weeks after repair).
This guys is cheaper then others. His service times are more reasonable then oThers. You pay when he shows up. Not like some others in my area that you call a 1-800 # pay $59.99 just to make sure your home when they come. Of course we all would be home I needed my dryer fixed!
When my refrigerator stopped working properly on a hot summer day, I urgently needed it to be repaired. At first I called Primo, but they didn’t have an immediate appointment available. I then called another company, appliance repair INC (ARI), and they had quick appointment for me. The technician came from ARI and told me that the whole defrost unit needed to be replaced and the cost would be over $500. I have dealt with a number of refrigerators that had similar problems, and I didn’t think the problem I had should cost that much to repair so I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Primo again. When I explained the situation he also found it hard to understand why it would be necessary to replace the whole defrost unit. He explained to me that there are three components in the defrost unit, temperature sensor, fan and heating unit. Normally, either one of them needs to be replaced, but not all three at once. To make the story short, he came and replaced the sensor/controller which cost me less than $250 and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
