At first, I called a different company to repair my gas dryer. They charged me $85 for an estimate, and then told me that the board, the thermostat, and probably a fuse needed replacing, which would cost another $350-450 beyond the initial $85.
Thank goodness I called Primo for a second opinion. He listened to my issue, had me unplug my dryer for five hours, and then I called him back. At that point the board was working again, but the dryer still not heating. He then came out within a couple of days, diagnosed that I needed a sensor replaced, and charged me a fraction of what the first company would have. And everything is working just fine now.
I am SO happy I found Primo and will certainly call again if I ever need appliance repair!! Super trustworthy, friendly, and fast service.
